ARIS welcomes all robotic surgeons from any surgical speciality interested in sharing their knowledge, improving their skills and developing the speciality. Major specialities who benefit will include General Surgery, Urology, Gynaecology, Onco Surgery, Surgical Gastroenterology, Bariatric Surgery, Hernia & Abdominal Wall Reconstruction, Head & Neck Surgery, Paediatric Surgery, Cardiac Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Head & Neck Surgery, Otorhinolaryngology, and others. We also accept surgeons and non-surgeons interested in learning robotic surgery to be.a part of the association as education is one of the main purpose of the society. You can apply online and fully completed applications will be processed within 1 to 2 working days after you had uploaded the required documentation. Membership fees should have been received before the application is forwarded to the committee for approval as per the categories of membership:

Surgeon Membership:

• Surgeon practicing and committed to Robotic Surgery
• Eligible for FARIS robotic surgery fellowship based on eligibility criteria
• Can apply for Center of Excellence if fulfilling the required guidelines
• This member will have voting rights and attend the annual general body meetings.

Associate Membership:

• Non Surgeon practicing and committed to Robotic Surgery
• Post graduates / Residents working / exposed to robotic surgery unit
• This member will not have voting rights.

Membership Benefits:

• A downloadable official ARIS Certificate of Membership
• Use of the website for member activities and e-learning
• Reduced fee for registration at the Annual congress of ARIS
• International Journal of Robotic and Innovative Surgery (JARIS) subscription
• Membership eligible for 15 years period

1. Soft copies of academic qualifications & medical council registrations
2. Uploading professional photograph in colour
3. Details of your work experience and any robotic training that you had undergone
4. Credit / Debit card details for payment and to activate auto-debit facility
5. Soft copy of sponsorship letter for post graduates (eligible for associate membership)
